This challenging residential development for a land behind houses with very limited access had to be unlocked by purchasing a house and demolishing it providing 7no stunning houses in return.
The redevelopment of these 3 houses behind a retained façade is due to commence shortly. The development contains 8 apartments and two storeys of commercial at the lower levels. We have been instructed to act as Project Managers for the two phases of shell/core and fit out.
This development of 5 newbuild apartments is approaching completion. The client has requested an application for a further penthouse level which is now in progress.
