A request has been received by the management of the hotel to investigate additions to some of their more expensive suites. This will involve close liaison with the planning department following strategy approval by the hotel management team.

The challenge given by the client is to convert this existing ground and lower ground commercial premise off Old Brompton Road into a 3 storey residence. We are currently preparing feasibility studies for client approval prior to a planning submission.

While working with our previous practice we provided the client with this stunning contemporary penthouse on a difficult site atop an existing mixed use commercial-residential block.
Blue Jay
We have recently been involved in the alterations to a luxurious detached home in Esher, including the addition of ancillary buildings within the grounds. The scope included the enhancement of the interior design including window dressings and furniture selection.
5 & 6 Trevor Place
These projects included the gutting of two Victorian terraced houses and the complete refurbishment of the interiors for private clients in Knightsbridge.
