The challenge given by the client is to convert this existing ground and lower ground commercial premise off Old Brompton Road into a 3 storey residence. We are currently preparing feasibility studies for client approval prior to a planning submission.
We have recently been appointed to progress a planning application for the refurbishment and additions to this existing shopping centre in the heart of Kilburn.
We have been fortunate in securing an appointment for this prestigious project. Working with Professor El-Wakil we are currently progressing the scheme design in readiness for a planning application.
While working with our previous practice we provided the client with this stunning contemporary penthouse on a difficult site atop an existing mixed use commercial-residential block.
We have recently been involved in the alterations to a luxurious detached home in Esher, including the addition of ancillary buildings within the grounds. The scope included the enhancement of the interior design including window dressings and furniture selection.
These projects included the gutting of two Victorian terraced houses and the complete refurbishment of the interiors for private clients in Knightsbridge.
Preliminary proposals have been submitted for this site and we are awaiting client’s further instructions to proceed.
Currently at pre application enquiry stage this project involves the addition of structure above a commercial unit facing Uxbridge Road, a new residential wing, internal courtyard garden and covered parking. This will give 33 apartments to this corner urban site.
Currently on site this development consists of nine luxury 2 bedroom apartments. The development will benefit from the provision of a roof garden for the enjoyment of the residents.
